In short: HomeoNetix is a web-based EMR for homeopathic clinics, with consultation structure, reference tools, reminders and WhatsApp prescriptions. Its published annual plans start at ₹6,699 before 18% GST; that entry plan excludes AI credits. Similia's ongoing Free plan includes seven classical repertories, 21 classic materia medica books, AI semantic search, three new cases and three analyses a month. Similia Pro adds the AI toolkit and unlimited cases and analyses.
If you searched for HomeoNetix, you are probably an Indian practitioner or a BHMS student looking for software that understands how a classical homeopathic consultation runs, not a generic clinic EMR with a "homeopathy" tick-box. HomeoNetix is one of a small number of products built specifically for that market, and it is worth comparing with Similia because the two overlap in their repertory and materia medica tools and differ almost everywhere else.
How this comparison was researched — 6 September 2026. Similia publishes this article. We reviewed HomeoNetix's public homepage, features and pricing pages (source: homeonetix.com) and checked Similia's current plan limits and feature implementation. This is desk research; we did not sign into or run a consultation in HomeoNetix, purchase a plan, or audit its security or clinical claims. Vendor-described capabilities are identified below. For the broader field, see Hompath Zomeo compared and the 2026 software comparison.

Where they differ in kind
Clinic administration versus reference library. HomeoNetix is an EMR first: the consultation flow, the reminders, the WhatsApp prescriptions and the audit trail are the product, and the repertory and materia medica are integrated into it. Similia is a library and analysis tool first: the seven repertories and 21 books are the free product, and the case record is built to hold the prescription and follow-up sequence rather than to run the front desk. A clinic that needs reminders and patient messaging will find them in HomeoNetix and not in Similia; the clinic-workflow guide explains why Similia drew that line.
Three repertories versus seven; twelve books versus 21. Knerr's repertory to Hering is a distinctive inclusion in HomeoNetix and not in Similia's classical set; Boericke's clinical repertory, Boenninghausen and Hering's own repertory are in Similia and not listed for HomeoNetix. On materia medica, Similia's 21 free classics include Clarke's three volumes, Allen's Encyclopedia, Hering's Guiding Symptoms and Kent's Lectures; HomeoNetix's twelve are not itemised on its public pages.
Miasm analysis. HomeoNetix advertises miasm-layer tracking. Similia Pro's AI case analysis also produces a miasmatic assessment, displayed in its case synthesis for practitioner review. The difference to investigate is how each product records changes across follow-ups; this desk review did not test HomeoNetix's longitudinal tracking. Neither an automated assessment nor a tracking label establishes clinical validity.
Trial versus ongoing Free. Both publish prices. HomeoNetix's advertised trial lasts up to seven days, while Similia's Free plan continues with three new cases and three analyses each month. Compare the annual subscription, GST and AI or messaging allowances with the work your clinic actually needs; a demo invitation does not mean pricing is unpublished.
What to compare for your practice
If your clinic needs appointment reminders and WhatsApp prescriptions, those are specific HomeoNetix features to verify against its plan allowances. They are outside Similia's case-record workflow.
Start with Similia Free to use seven classical repertories, 21 classic books and semantic search with three new cases and three analyses a month, including an interface in Hindi or Bengali. Pro adds the AI toolkit and unlimited cases and analyses. The installation guide explains how to install the browser app on Android.
A clinic can use a separate administration system alongside Similia's library. Check which records would need to be entered twice before adopting that workflow, and review every suggested rubric and analysis yourself.
