Anacardium Constitutional Type

• উষ্ণতায় — Clarke: "> from warmth"; Boger: "Hot bath", এবং "Easily chilled, > sunshine"
• শুয়ে থাকলে — মাথাব্যথার জন্য (Clarke)

• হাঁটু পক্ষাঘাতগ্রস্ত বা ব্যান্ডেজ করা মনে হয়; সামান্য পরিশ্রমে কাঁপুনি-ধরা দুর্বলতা
• বস্তু খুব দূরে মনে হয়
• গন্ধের ভ্রম — জ্বলন্ত tinder, pigeon's dung
• তীব্র চুলকানিসহ Rhus-সদৃশ ভেসিকুলার eruptions; তালুতে warts

Clinical Applications

Clarke-এর ক্লিনিক্যাল তালিকা Anacardium-কে brain-fag, examination funk, dyspepsia, loss of memory, hypochondriasis, paralysis, eczema, warts এবং writer's cramp জুড়ে রাখে। পুনরাবৃত্ত ক্লিনিক্যাল রূপগুলি:

পরীক্ষার ভয় ও অতিরিক্ত পড়াশোনা। রেমেডিটির স্বাক্ষরভিত্তি। Clarke Bayes-এর নির্দেশে Breyfogle-এর এর ব্যাপক ব্যবহারের কথা জানান — "funk before examination", "nerve-exhaustion from over-study" — nervous prostration-এ।

নিউরাস dyspepsia। খেলে উপশম হওয়া gastralgia, যার দুই-তিন ঘণ্টা পরে ফিরে আসা আছে, বিরক্ত, আত্ম-অবিশ্বাসী ব্যক্তিতে।

মলদ্বারের নিষ্ক্রিয়তা থেকে কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য। প্লাগড, শক্তিহীন মলদ্বার, নিষ্ফল বেগসহ।

বৃদ্ধদের স্মৃতিশক্তির দুর্বলতা। Boericke তালিকাভুক্ত করেন "senile dementia" এবং "coryza with palpitation, especially in the aged" — ব্যর্থ sensorium-এর পেশাগত মূল্যায়নের জন্য নথিভুক্ত নির্দেশ।

বিভক্ত ইচ্ছাশক্তিসহ মানসিক অবস্থা। Kent: "Suitable in religious mania when the conflict between the external and internal will is kept up" — পাঠ্যপুস্তকীয় ক্ষেত্র, সম্পূর্ণ কেসসহ ওজন করতে হয়।

ত্বক। তীব্র চুলকানিসহ Rhus-সদৃশ ভেসিকুলার eczema; Boericke এটিকে "a valuable antidote to Poison-Oak" বলেন।

নিউরাস ধরনের কাশি। "Cough excited by talking, in children, after fit of temper" (Boericke); Clarke-এর whooping-cough নোটে প্রতিটি paroxysm শেষ হয় "yawning and sleepiness" দিয়ে।

Differential Diagnosis

Anacardium বনাম Gelsemium। পরীক্ষার দুই রেমেডি পরিষ্কারভাবে আলাদা হয়। Gelsemium-এর ভয় আগাম পক্ষাঘাত — তন্দ্রাচ্ছন্ন, কাঁপুনি-ধরা, দুর্বল, প্রায়ই ঘটনার আগে ডায়রিয়াসহ। Anacardium-এ এটি দীর্ঘদিন অতিরিক্ত পরিশ্রমী ছাত্রের জ্ঞানগত ভাঙন: স্মৃতি "suddenly forgets", আত্মবিশ্বাস আগে থেকেই কম, খেলে উপশম হওয়া dyspepsia এবং প্লাগের অনুভূতিগুলি ছবিটি সম্পূর্ণ করে।
