Mental.--Very forgetful; cannot finish a sentence, forgets what he intended to say. Great exuberance of spirits; immoderate laughing at any trifle; sadness. Moaning; sense of horror. Brain full of conflicting thoughts. Time seems long; space or distance seems immense.
Head.--Right side; also back of, with feeling of heavy weight. Severe headache; feels as if top of head were opening and shutting. and as if calvarium were being lifted.
Sexual.--Menses very profuse; painful; too soon; too long. Violent uterine colic; backache worse when unwell.
