What the Synthesis repertory is
Synthesis — in full, Repertorium Homeopathicum Syntheticum — is a modern repertory edited by the Belgian homeopath Frederik Schroyens. It takes Kent's Repertory as the skeleton and merges additions from classical literature and later clinical work under a strict editorial policy: entries are source-tagged and verified before inclusion.
That is why teaching institutions have long favoured it, and why practitioners who distrust rubric inflation tend to be Synthesis loyalists. The classic print reference is Synthesis 9.1; the living digital line is Synthesis Adonis. Synthesis repertory software is the program that legally ships that text. The repertory is not a public-domain file you can drop into any platform.
Who licenses it — and what Similia ships instead
Synthesis is exclusive to its publisher's software ecosystem: the desktop program, the subscription Synthesis App, and printed editions. It is not licensed to Similia or to any other third-party repertory platform. If your school or method requires that specific title, that is where it lives. We will not pretend otherwise.
