Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro lasts for as long as Similia provides the service. It's a personal licence for one named practitioner. Pro Base never renews: you pay once, or in 12 monthly payments, and it's paid for.

Everything in Pro Base: the AI toolkit (Notes-to-Rubric, AI case analysis, live audio transcription and photo analysis), unlimited cases and analyses, the 7 classical repertories, the classic materia medica library, Jan Scholten's materia medica series and offline mode in the installed app. New Pro features and content arrive as Pro subscribers get them, and 1,000 AI credits are included once.

Premium repertories and books. Murphy MetaRepertory, Nature's Materia Medica, Complete Repertory, Saine Repertory, Suggesta 2.1 and Mangialavori 100 are one-time add-ons for Lifetime Pro holders. The Meditative, Richard Pitt and Colin Griffith packages aren't available with Lifetime Pro yet. Other one-time books in the Shop can be bought as usual.

AI toolkit operations use credits. Lifetime Pro includes 1,000 credits once, added with the first payment, and there's no monthly allowance. More credits can be bought in packs at any time.

Yes. Lifetime Pro gets the Pro Base features and content that Pro subscribers get, for as long as Similia provides the service. Some books and repertories are licensed from their authors and publishers; if a licence ends, a work can be withdrawn for all users, Lifetime Pro holders included.

Use it on all your own devices — computer, tablet and phone; the app shows any limit on premium offline downloads. The licence is for you alone: sharing the account or its sign-in with anyone else, colleagues included, isn't allowed.

No. Lifetime Pro is personal to the practitioner who bought it. It can't be sold, transferred, given away or moved to another person's account.

The licence ends. The holder's executor — or a professional executor the holder named to us in writing — can ask support for an export of the patient records in the account, with a copy of the death certificate and proof of identity. After the export, the account and its data are deleted.

Yes. Ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full; on the 12-payment plan, we refund the payment made and stop the plan. Refunding Lifetime Pro also refunds and ends the Lifetime Pro add-ons bought with it. After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

You pay $199 a month for 12 months — $2,388 in total. Lifetime Pro starts with the first payment and is yours for good after the 12th. Stop at any time: access runs to the end of the month already paid for, then ends together with any Lifetime Pro add-ons, and nothing more is owed; the account stays on Free with its data. The plan isn't a loan, and paying once ($1,999) costs less.

The subscription is cancelled when you buy Lifetime Pro, and the unused time already paid for is credited — off the price when paying once, or against the next payments on the plan. Lifetime Pro covers Pro Base, so an edition (Murphy, Complete, Saine or Mangialavori) and add-ons end with the subscription; their premium repertories and books can be added back as Lifetime Pro add-ons. Checkout shows the credit and everything that ends before you pay.

If Similia ever stops providing the service, you'll get at least 90 days' notice and a full export of your data; payments aren't refunded after the 14-day window. If the business is sold, the Lifetime Pro licences go with it to the buyer.

Only for a serious breach of the licence terms — such as sharing the account, scraping content, fraud or disputing a genuine payment with the bank — in which case the licence can end straight away and you keep 30 days to export your data, or if Similia stops providing the service, with 90 days' notice and a full export.

Lifetime Pro holders, including those on the 12-payment plan. Each add-on is bought once and lasts for as long as the Lifetime Pro licence does: if the licence ends — the plan stops before the 12th payment, Lifetime Pro is refunded, or the licence is ended — its add-ons end with it. Subscribers get the same works with the matching edition or add-on, and anyone who already owns Suggesta 2.1 or Mangialavori 100 keeps it.

At launch, Lifetime Pro is sold in US dollars, euros and pounds, and isn't offered in India or Turkey. Pro subscriptions are available there as usual.

No. Lifetime Pro has no free trial and no coupons or discounts. To try Pro first, start a Pro subscription's 14-day free trial and switch to Lifetime Pro whenever you're ready; the 14-day refund applies to the Lifetime Pro purchase too.
