Homeopathic Psychology
A one-time add-on with Philip M. Bailey's Personality Profiles of the Major Constitutional Remedies, first published in 1995 by North Atlantic Books and Homeopathic Educational Services, integrated into Similia as fully navigable remedy references.

The major constitutional types
Arsenicum, Calcarea carbonica, Ignatia, Lycopodium, Natrium muriaticum, Nux vomica, Phosphorus, Pulsatilla, Sepia, Silicea, Sulphur and 25 more — in the author's experience, the types most commonly seen among patients with chronic complaints.
From the author's own practice
The profiles come entirely from Philip M. Bailey's clinical experience, not from earlier materia medicas, and at times they differ considerably from the classical remedy pictures.
Keynote, themes and appearance
Most profiles open with a one-line keynote — impotence for Lycopodium, loathing of life for Aurum — then follow the personality theme by theme and close with the type's physical appearance.
Men and women
Wherever possible, the author gives the approximate ratio of men to women in a type and shows how it is expressed differently in each, as in the Lycopodium woman, the Sepia man and the Pulsatilla man.
