Suggesta 2.1 by Dr. Massimo Mangialavori

A modern homeopathic suggestor built on 40 years of clinical experience with over 11,000 patients, organising symptoms by functional themes rather than alphabetical tradition.

One-Time Add-on
Suggesta 2.1 repertory inside Similia showing functional theme-based symptom groupings

Grounded in 40 years of clinical cases

Every entry is transcribed verbatim from more than 11,000 patients followed for at least 4-5 years, where the prescribed remedy produced good results both in acute episodes and in long-term systemic response.

Over 40,000 clinical additions

Suggesta 2.1 contains more than 40,000 additions reorganised according to functional clinical groupings rather than the historical assumptions inherited from Kent, giving you a repertory shaped by actual practice.

Themes and the Method of Complexity

Designed around Mangialavori's Method of Complexity: symptoms are grouped into coherent themes that point to a remedy's adaptive strategy and to the homeopathic family it belongs to, crossing genus and kingdom boundaries.

Modern vocabulary and new chapters

Clear, medically accurate language replaces archaic or judgmental phrasing. New sections on Illness, Obstetrics, and Age cover contemporary conditions such as chronic fatigue, lupus, orthorexia, addictions, endometriosis, and andropause.
