Similia Pro with the Saine Repertory
A scholarly Hahnemannian repertory built on two decades of source verification by Dr. Andre Saine and the Materia Medica Pura Project, fully integrated into Similia Pro.

Built on Hahnemannian principles
Curated under the direction of Dr. Andre Saine, a scholar recognised for his in-depth study of Hahnemann, Lippe, Hering, Dunham and P.P. Wells, and for his practice of classical, source-based homeopathy.
Over 150,000 verified additions
An enhanced edition of Roger van Zandvoort's Complete Repertory 4.5, expanded with more than 150,000 additions drawn from the old masters, original provings and decades of clinical experience.
Materia Medica Pura Project
Powered by an international initiative led by Dr. Saine since 2005, with roughly 50 colleagues across Europe, North America and South America systematically revising materia medica for the first time since Allen and Hering over 125 years ago.
Monograph-driven corrections
For each remedy a monograph identifies the core symptoms (the 'genius'), then feeds new entries, value adjustments, rewording of rubrics and new sub-rubrics back into the repertory, restoring approximately 30% of missing typical symptoms in key remedies.
