Similia Pro Complete
Similia Pro paired with the Complete Repertory 2026 by Roger van Zandvoort — the world's leading homeopathic repertory, with every rubric traced to its original source and grounded in clinically verified additions.

Complete Repertory 2026 Edition
The October 2025 edition contains 247,334 rubrics (219,081 with remedies) covering more than 2,500 remedies. Rubric structure has been refined for navigation — for example, 'during urination' is now 'urination, during' — and main pain rubrics have been reorganised hierarchically from general rubrics and time modalities through causations and pain types.
Built on Verified Sources
Van Zandvoort and his team have added over 515,000 confirmed additions, verified against André Saine's collection of homeopathic literature and reviews of old journals. Each rubric is traced back to its original source with page numbers, so you can check any entry against the primary text whenever you need to.
719,000+ Clinical Confirmations
The repertory draws from over 4,450 sources by more than 1,620 authors spanning 230 years of homeopathic literature, with around 6.5 million additions and 300,000+ references and cross-references. Clinically verified entries are emphasised so you can prescribe with confidence in the data behind each rubric.
Multiple Repertorial Styles
The Complete Repertory supports Boenninghausen's, Kent's, and Boger's approaches within a single framework. The Boenninghausen grading system is applied throughout, and classical works from Hahnemann, von Boenninghausen, Jahr, Trinks, Allen, and Hering are referenced alongside modern provings.
