AMELIORATION: In the fresh, open air; from uncovering the abdomen; in twilight; from vomiting; from vinegar; and from cold application.

Antidotes for abuse of tobacco are:-
For ailments from tobacco-chewing- Ars.
For dyspepsia caused by tobacco- Ign. and Sep.
For impotence caused by tobacco- Lyc.
For bad taste and headache in the morning from smoking- Nux-V.
For tobacco heart, palpitation and sexual weakness- Phos.
For excessive nausea and vomiting- Ipec.
For annoying hiccough from tobacco-chewing- Ign.
For neuralgic affections of the right side of the face, and chronic nervousness, especially in sedentary occupations- Sep.
For spasms and cold sweat from excessive smoking- Lyc.
For occipital headache and vertigo from excessive use of tobacco (especially from smoking)- Gels.
N.B. - Caladium and Plantago Major cause a disgust for tobacco.
