by H. A. Roberts — The Rheumatic Remedies

Historical reference for practitioners and students. The statements below reflect the named author’s homeopathic teaching and do not establish treatment effectiveness. This text is not medical advice and must not replace appropriate diagnosis or care.

Lycopus is indicated in rheumatic troubles associated with tumultuous action of the heart, either with valvular disease of the heart, cough and hypertrophy or with simple palpitation and various nervous symptoms.

In cardiac disease following rheumatic fever, with hacking cough, palpitation, dyspnœa, small weak irritable pulse which intermits, we find a crying need for this remedy.
