The rheumatic conditions calling for Juglans closely simulate those for Bryonia, but in Juglans there is usually associated the erythematous or eczematous condition of the skin.
CHEST
Great oppression in chest with cutting pains in lungs.
PAIN BEHIND THE STERNUM, ONLY FELT OR MADE MUCH WORSE WHEN WALKING OUT OF DOORS, AFTER MEALS OR WHEN HURRIED OR CLIMBING A HILL.
SUFFOCATIVE PAIN IN CHEST WHEN WALKING, OBLIGING HIS STANDING STILL.
Pain in left side of chest on pressure.
SEROUS EFFUSION INTO PLEURA AND PERICARDIUM OF RHEUMATIC ORIGIN, WITH BRIGHT RED ERYTHEMATOUS SPOTS.
NECK AND BACK
Stitch-like pain under right scapula when stooping.
Aching and shooting pain in small of back.
SUPERIOR EXTREMITIES
Aching in right shoulder.
Pain in left shoulder.
Great pain, beginning in right axilla, extending down arm, following the course of the nerves.
Sprained pain in arms and wrists.
RHEUMATIC PAIN IN RIGHT SHOULDER EXTENDING TO PECTORAL MUSCLES, PRODUCING INABILITY TO DRAW A DEEP INSPIRATION.
INFERIOR EXTREMITIES
Cramp-like pain in left hip at night.
CONCOMITANTS
ERYTHEMATOUS AND ECZEMATOUS ERUPTIONS OF PARTS.
