AGGRAVATION: In the evening; while lying in a warm place; from being in a warm room; from warm drinks; from music; on lying down; on awakening; when reading or talking aloud; after walking; and from the presence of many people.
AMELIORATION: After eating; in cold air; from cold food and drinks; on rising from bed; while lying on the painful part; and from slow motion in open air.
