Common names: wolf's milk; gum euphorbium; gopher plant.
Rheumatic pains of a tearing, pressing, and stinging character, but only during rest.
Paralytic weakness in the joints and mostly when beginning to move.
Burning pain in internal parts (Ars., Carb-V., Phos., Sec., Sulph.).
Diseases of mucous membranes.
VESICULAR ERYSIPELATOUS ERUPTION UPON THE FACE (Anac., Canth., Rhus-T.).
Stinging exanthemata (Apis).
Yellowish exanthemata (Ant-C.).
Stinging in the skin (Apis, Nit-A.).
Coryza with swelling; much abortive sneezing (B.).
Burning in the throat, extending to the stomach (Ars., Canth., Caps., Merc-C.) (C.).
Sensation of burning heat on either cheek, generally left side (G.).
Erysipelas bulbosa; vesicles as large as peas, filled with yellow liquid (A.).
Stitches from the epigastrium into the sides of the chest on coughing (B.).

Old, torpid, indolent ulcers, with biting, lancinating, and lacerating pains (A.).
AGGRAVATION: During rest, especially while sitting; from contact with the affected part; and when beginning to move.
AMELIORATION: During motion; and from continued moving when walking.
