Vertigo, with buzzing in the ears, and weakness and trembling (N.).
EXCESSIVE CONGESTION TO THE HEAD, WITH THROBBING CAROTIDS, OBLIGING ONE TO LOOSEN THE CRAVAT (G.).
Hemicrania, a boring pain which is relieved by binding the head up tightly-even the wearing of a tight hat relieves; it is worse over left frontal eminence; the head sometimes feels enormously large, and there is a feeling as if the bones of the skull would separate (D.).
Palpitation of heart, with nausea and faintness (Dig., Lob., Verat.) (G.).
There is severe gastralgia, the pains radiate from the stomach in all directions (Dios.); they are relieved by hard pressure and by bending double (Bell., Coloc., Mag-P.); the pains often increase gradually and decrease gradually, as under Stannum; vomiting of glairy mucus relieves (D.).

RELATIONSHIP. Nat-M., for the bad effects of cauterizing with Nitrate of Silver.
Coffea increases the nervous headache.
Similar to: Aur., Cupr., Dios., Lach., Lyc., Nat-M., Nit-Ac., Sep., and Sulph.
Lyc. follows it well in flatulent dyspepsia.
