Osmium has some valuable symptoms of a rheumatic type in its proving which have not been very much verified clinically.
SUPERIOR EXTREMITIES
Pulsating stinging pain inside right shoulder.
Severe pinching pains, often repeated, in upper arm above elbow.
Pain in middle of humerus, then fingers.
Pinching pains in left elbow and in forearm.
Drawing pains inside of right forearm.
Aching in left metacarpal and phalangeal joint of thumb.
Pain in first phalanx of right forefinger.
INFERIOR EXTREMITIES
Pinching, flying, cutting pains in bones and joints of right foot.
Pains in bones of heels.
Drawing aching in tendons on each side of patella.
EXTREMITIES IN GENERAL
Deep pain in bones.
Aching in limbs and body deep in bones, < during day.
CONCOMITANTS
Weeping mood.
Anxious, fidgety.
HOARSENESS AFTER SINGING.
SHORT DRY IRRESISTIBLE COUGH.
