We occasionally meet a case of rheumatism, especially of the hands and feet, with gouty swelling of the small joints, in those of debauched habits who are prematurely old.
When these patients suffer also from sexual debility, it is here that Agnus castus may be of great value.
NECK AND BACK
Cracking noise in vertebræ.
ACUTE SHARP STITCHES IN COCCYX; on left side near coccyx and sacrum
SUPERIOR EXTREMITIES
HARD PRESSURE IN RIGHT AXILLA AND UPPER ARM, < BY TOUCH AND MOTION.
Swelling of finger joints.
Tearing pain, arthritic nodes.
Gout swelling of finger joints.
INFERIOR EXTREMITIES
Pain in left hip > by rest.
Thighs feel tired and swollen toward evening.
Swelling of legs with fatigue toward evening.
TEARING, RENDING IN JOINTS OF FEET AND TOES < ON WALKING.
Sticking in legs and great toe..
Fine lancinations in soles of feet and right hip joint.
